L\u2019agence CALADA architectes na\u00eet en septembre 2023 de la rencontre de deux architectes, Elodie Arti\u00e8res et Zo\u00e9 Dalloni. C\u2019est dans un bureau que tout commence ! Coll\u00e8gues, puis amies, c\u2019est tout naturellement que germe l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019une future association.\u00a0<\/p>

Un ancrage local<\/strong>
Calada, litt\u00e9ralement \u00ab pierre silencieuse \u00bb en proven\u00e7al, tire son nom des calades \u2013 rues pentues et pav\u00e9es \u2013 typiques de l\u2019architecture de l\u2019arri\u00e8re-pays ni\u00e7ois. Ces chemins de pierre, fa\u00e7onn\u00e9s par le temps et le pas de l\u2019homme, trouvent leur raison d\u2019\u00eatre dans une solution astucieuse \u00e0 la gestion des eaux de pluie.<\/p>

Notre identit\u00e9 intrins\u00e8que refl\u00e8te ainsi une mani\u00e8re de construire simple, durable,\u00a0ing\u00e9nieuse et profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9e dans son territoire.<\/p>

Une architecture silencieuse<\/strong>
Un lieu n\u2019est jamais vierge : il porte une topographie, un paysage, une mati\u00e8re, une histoire, une m\u00e9moire. Ces donn\u00e9es ne peuvent \u00eatre ni ni\u00e9es ni \u00e9cras\u00e9es ; elles constituent au contraire le socle de toute nouvelle intervention.<\/p>

Nous d\u00e9fendons une architecture silencieuse, respectueuse\u00a0et attentive. Une architecture qui ne cherche pas \u00e0 s\u2019imposer mais \u00e0 s\u2019inscrire, \u00e0 dialoguer avec le d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e0. Concevoir engage l\u2019\u00e9coute avant l\u2019action, la compr\u00e9hension avant la transformation.\u00a0<\/p>

Nous ne recherchons pas le geste spectaculaire, mais pr\u00e9f\u00e9rons la justesse. Nous privil\u00e9gions la pertinence \u00e0 l\u2019effet, la dur\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019instant, l\u2019usage \u00e0 l\u2019image.<\/p>

Une expertise technique<\/strong>
Nous accordons une importance particuli\u00e8re aux modes constructifs, aux d\u00e9tails et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre. Cette approche s\u2019appuie sur une ma\u00eetrise technique rigoureuse et une connaissance approfondie du chantier.<\/p>

Nous sommes convaincues que chaque projet est le fruit d\u2019une \u00e9coute attentive : celle du ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage, des artisans, des ing\u00e9nieurs, des entreprises. Ce travail collectif, fond\u00e9 sur l\u2019\u00e9change et la confiance, permet de faire \u00e9merger des r\u00e9ponses justes, partag\u00e9es et durables, o\u00f9 l\u2019architecture devient un langage commun.<\/p>

Elodie<\/strong>, dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9cole d\u2019architecture de Versailles en 2016, d\u00e9bute sa vie professionnelle \u00e0 Paris dans plusieurs agences renomm\u00e9es. Elle oriente par la suite sa pratique sur les architectures de la petite \u00e9chelle et la sc\u00e9nographie. Son projet de fin d\u2019\u00e9tude est remarqu\u00e9 et publi\u00e9 dans la revue Archicree. Entre 2021 et 2024, elle enseigne \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole de Cond\u00e9 de Nice en section design d\u2019espace. Elle exerce \u00e9galement en tant que photographe d\u2019architecture. Amoureuse de la montagne, elle abandonne sa Bretagne natale vers plus de relief (et de soleil).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Zo\u00e9<\/strong>, dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9cole d\u2019architecture de Paris Belleville en 2014 apr\u00e8s une licence \u00e0 Marseille, int\u00e8gre diff\u00e9rentes agences nationales et internationales. Elle dirige plusieurs projets d\u2019\u00e9quipements publics et de logements collectifs et se forge une solide exp\u00e9rience du chantier. En 2013, elle est laur\u00e9ate du 2\u00e8me prix du concours d\u2019id\u00e9e du CAUE de la Sarthe \u00ab petites machines \u00e0 habiter \u00bb. Ni\u00e7oise d\u2019origine, la grisaille parisienne aura eu raison d\u2019elle, entra\u00eenant un retour vers ses terres natales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
